Wedding Planning Packages Start at $4,000 based on your specific destination wedding needs. Plan on having at least 7 meetings over the course of planning (in person, conference call, Skype – whatever works best for you!) Included in this package are the following services:
- Budget creation and management
- Timeline creation and management
- Vendor recommendations for your budget and style
- Arrange vendor meetings
- Checklists – updated often to eliminate overwhelming to -do lists.
- Contract reviews – wedding venue and other vendors
- Assistance and attendance @ Menu selection and details meeting with catering contract
- Review BEO – Banquet Event Order
- Placement of all rental orders (chair, linens, and lounges)
- Assistance with design and ordering of all stationary and print work
- Coordination of wedding ceremony rehearsal
- Etiquette advice
- Advice and research in creation of an individual wedding theme – Inspiration Boards
- Troubleshooting
- Up to 10 hours of coordination on wedding day (see wedding coordination package)
- Set-up of personalized items for reception (seating cards, favors, guest book, etc)
- Return of all personal items used at reception
